I am walking down the street and this guy comes up and says... "Give me a $1 and I will let you kick my ass".......

Turns out this is a scam, you beat them down, they contact the cops then sue you.

Wow... i cannot believe the stupidity of some people...

I would be too busy drinking some fresh Sam Adams Boston Lager to bother with such silliness.

Get the offer in writing and notarized.  Within certain bounds, consent is a defense to assault.

There is a line of kinky S&M cases from the 1980s.....

Here's a good .pdf file giving a brief history of the most important cases here in the US and in England, if you're crazy enough to load it up.

pi.library.yorku.ca/ojs/index.php/lh/article/viewFile/5631/4824

The 80's cases actually started with a 1978 case in Ohio, "State v. Battista", the description of which begins on page 10.  Years and years before arfcom or the internet was even invented, the defendants actually did "SIIHPAPP."  And since this is a gun board, a shotgun barrel is even involved!  Yay! (I think.... )

Contrary to popular opinion,  I can read..  My mind is much more creative than any picture they could come up with anyway..

Oh, not me.  I could never have thought something like this or this up on my own.  I may be 'touched", but not quite that much.
