He's done some tfrs for me before. But no gunsmithing. The transactions went without a hitch. You are talking about this site, right www.independencearms.com He was really convenient as he only lives a mile from me. When he did my tfr. He got it delivered and brought it home with him so I can pick it up and not have to drive into Dallas.
