The South African girl I've been seeing has interest in District 9.  She doesn't like scifi, but there aren't a lot of South African things in theaters.

district 9 has the highest ratings so far from critics.

The girl I am seeing was wondering how much it was going to draw on South Africa's District 6 history as an allegory and how much was going to be summer blockbuster explosions.

Going to see Inglorious on the 22nd. I like Pitt in funny roles like Tropic Thunder  and I'm a huge Tarantino fan.

....I don't think an interest in South Africa's District 6 is a big reason to see District 9 on it's own, but I still have an interest in the story.

Oops, my mistake.

Hmmm....I suppose in my foul country ignorance I have confused Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise. To me they fill the same role as the Caucasian actor with the goofy haircut. I did mean Tom Cruise.

Okay forget Pitt then.....I just like Tarantino...and I'm still seeing the movie.
