I am 19, and just had a VA member PM me and tell me that it is illegal for me to buy a handgun in a FTF sale (this stemmed from an EE post).
Federally it is ok...at least according to the BATFE, anyone else know about it being illegal on a state level? ETA: I am not trying to call the person out, I am just curious as to whether there really is a law on this or not, because I know of others I could help keep out of trouble. |
