There is no such thing as an "internet transfer" There is a transfer from individual to indivdual, a transfer from individual to FFL in your state, or a transfer from FFL to FFL in your state. You just need to find an FFL that accepts shipped firearms from individuals, for transfers, at a reasonable price. Should not be too difficult to find. |
