Greetings, I just wanted to take a moment to officially introduce myself to the community. My name is John, I'm a resident of Palm Bay Florida and I've been a long time AR admirer. Not too long ago I became the proud owner of my very first AR-15 and I've been in love with the weapon ever since. Every so often I've pulled useful information from this site but until now I have not been an active member. I'd like to change that so I thought I'd finally make my presence known. put away the credit cards now, pay cash only in the EE, only surf the EE for 17minutes per week. Buy massive safe now. If you have a wife, tell her the computer is broken and not able to get online. Change all passwords to email accounts now. Buy ammo, and training, before you buy the next AR. Beginner AR15 Commer Advice :) |
Yeah so I've heard. I think I may have a mutated strain of the disease though: EGR [evil green rifle] disease. Currently I'm sporting a Stag Arms AR with an OD DuraCoat finish but the obsessive symptoms of EBR seem to be the same. ha Either way, it looks like there isn't much hope for me now. From what I hear there is no cure for this. |

Ha thanks for the advice. I appreciate it but It seems that I've already gone over on my EE minutes. Looks like I'll have to upgrade my ARFCOM noob plan. I'm not married [only feel like it] but luckily the GF is supportive of my arsenal building. I do however, need to keep a watchful eye on my spending. I used to do WWII reenacting so I'm all too familiar with blowing nearly every penny I had on a Hobby. If I'm not careful I can see myself making my AR the next recipient of many pay checks to come. |
