I have a buyer that was unaware of laws regarding handguns and threaded barrels. The CZ 75 Czechmate has threaded barrel, but is only capable of accepting the factory comp and front sight adapter/block. To accept traditional silencers or flash holders it would require gunsmith modifications. His FFL is saying, no, we will not transfer. The handgun hasn’t shipped from SC yet. Thoughts? Is it kosher to transfer these in post ban? Attached File |
