I went "No" on that one.  Replacing one flawed system with another equally flawed system that looks like it'll cost us more money just seems like a bad idea to me.

Issue 2 would not have been proposed if the Democrats controlled the Ohio legislature...

We have accountable, elected representatives to do things like redistricting.  Accountable.  Elected.  Issue 2 is an attempt to by-pass representative government.

If the average voter knows nothing about an issue, are they more likely to blindly vote "yes" or "no"?
