I just got an email from Jack of J.C. Firearms. He is offering $22.00 vice $27.00 transfers until the end of the year. Jack operates out of his home in Stafford county. I did a transfer through him a few months ago and he's a great guy to work with. The last time I dealt with him, he said he would also accept transfers directly from a non-FFL.
