The family and I are heading to Jackson, WY this weekend from Jackson, Ga!
This will be my 3rd time out but the first time in the winter.
We're doing all the usual stuff but was interested in places to eat.
We like Merry Piggy's(?), Million Dollar Cowboy and Cadillac Grille.
I know they're pretty touristy but hey, we're tourist!

Anywhere else off the beaten path but still in town?

Oh, and there is a big Jack Daniels shindig at Million Dollar Cowboy all weekend! I'll be there Sat. night! Dinner reservations at 7:00!

I'm a big fan of Bubba's.  Good BBQ.

Bubba's is good. Just out of town is Wilson and Grand Targee. If you have time, make it to Targee to "groom the moose". There used to be a Mom and Pops type place at the edge of town. If you are going through Pinedale, stop and see Joe at the Coral Bar. Makes a mean pizza.

Breakfast:  Jedediah's House of Sourdough or the Virginian

Lunch:  Too many to pick but New York City Sub Shop is good

Dinner:  Gun Barrel, Snake River Grill, Sidewinders

This weeked is the cutter races too (charriot racing on snow).  Lots of fun.  Take a pickup with a BBQ grill and back it up to the track (ETA:  nevermind, just saw Georgia so forget the pickup/bbq grill I don't think you can rent those at the airport)..

Have fun.

Also watch out for speed traps.
