COURT AGAIN REJECTS ATF MOTION TO REVOKE N.C. DEALER LICENSE . . . Stating that, "While willfulness may be inferred from an individual's plain indifference to a legal requirement ... a licensee's repeated violations of the Gun Control Act do not necessarily compel a finding of willfulness as a matter of law," the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina again rejected an ATF motion to revoke the federal firearms license of a North Carolina retailer. The matter will now proceed to trial.

After reading the entire boring and vague complaint, it would appear it is the old standby of "paper work mistakes".  Page six also claims there were some missing form 4473's and selling to someone who's criminal background check had expired???

I liked this part as well:  Ex. 1, James M. Faircloth Af£. ~ 12 ["[M]y daughter, Jan, asked Tim Mabe (ATF) how she should correct a mistake should she make one. . and his response was that she could not make a mistake."];
