One of the best and most friendly is Arnold Webb. He's a kitchen table FFL that is also a full time fire fighter so he's got 24 hours on and 48 hours off. He's usually very available. $20 transfers. He's in between Blue Springs and Grain Valley just off of AA. Arnold E.
