He stated that he was "pro hunter". but that is pretty much it. I was "told" that he made comments on wanting only 5rnd mags etc. I mailed him in the beginnng of his campaign because he sounded kinda grass roots, blue collar and I thought he was a good alternative. Well, I NEVER got a response and tried calling his staff. Still got no awnsers. I think he is a joke and I am glad he did not win. BTW, I voted Perry also......

He had a bag of about 12 soundbytes.... and every question he answered came from that bag.

I'm surprised he got fewer votes than Strayhorn, frankly.... or that Bell came in second for that matter.

Bell was the beneficiary of straight ticket voting. I doubt 50% of the people who voted for him knew his name, or could pick him out of a lineup, 30 days ago.
