Yes, it is a 2+ month wait though. Kind of a small operation. I think that T&T sells the same lowers for the same price with no wait.

The "store" is also the shop... which inside kind of looks like a cross between an auto garage and bomb shelter.

You can walk right in and buy them.... if they have any.  They do have lots of other surplus rifles as well. (prices are higher than many, cheaper than some)

Yes they have a walk in shop, though it is small.  It is pretty neat, you can see the guys there working on building M14s.  I remember going in once seeing stacks of stripped M14SA actions on a work bench (not yet anodized I think) and getting a woody.  Their location is more workshop than storefront, but they do have a shop area set up with racks of rifles on display and a display case.  Rifles on display are limited... mostly old Springfield's and Enfield's I think.  They don't sell fully assembled ARs that I recall.  They also sell ammo and some mil surplus stuff, also mags.  They sell AR15 parts at the counter.... all stuff you see on their website.  Lowers and uppers of their manufacture, LPKs and stock parts that probably come from some other manufacturer.  I bought a couple of old surplus GI webslings there.

It looks like their stripped lower price went up.  I went there the day after the election and the guy told me that they had sold hundreds in the week or so previous, some to regular peeps like us and alot to distributors.  I guess they raised prices on their lowers when everyone else did.  I don't doubt that there is a several month wait for them now.  I think they are up to about $140 now from $110?  Oh yea, last time I went to T&T they wanted $170 for a stripped Spike's receiver, maybe a bit less for a stripped Double Star.  I went back to LRB.

I have my service rifle built on a LRB lower.  I have no complaints with it.  Mags drop free, the roll marks look cool, and having a lower manufactured (sort of) on Long Island = coolness factor (for me anyway).  I shoot it much more often than my Colt Mforgery.

I like LRB.

They don't really work on AR's except for assembling lowers. 2 or 3 Not For Sale display AR's. The rest is $$ M14's and M1 carbines. Nice folks. You want ammo cans or DPMS LPK's locally, hit them up. They are moving across the street at some point which will be an ATF approved FFL vacation til the new place gets inspected.

+1000 for LRB!

I have one of their lowers pinned to a Colt 20" A2 HBAR build and couldn't be happier. The prices are right, machining is nice, fit & finish is good, finish is quite dark, and the markings are crisp. Besides I got a cool serial number to boot.

I couldn't be happier.

I'll buy more from them when ready.
