Langhorne Rod and Gun has an indoor range that is currently 'regulated' quite heavily.

Monday night ismembers only for bullseye pistol, non-jacketed ammo only.
Tuesday night is Senior (adult) smallbore rifle
Wednesday night is junior smallbore rifle
Thursday is "education and meeting" night,
Friday nightis indoor archery

There are plans afoot to make the range building available to more members at other hours, but this will take some time, as the club is saddled with replacing aburnt down trap building.

IDPA and/or ipsc are not yet on the agenda, mostly because there is not yet a core of individuals willing to form a committee, make any requireed improvements for safety, and run the program.

On the good side, .5o Cal is permissable, no 5 round mag limit, 200 yard range with 100 yard berm, a 50 yard 'sight in' and common fireline (sand) with benches behind. A 50 yard covered range (cement pad) with a 25 yard berm for pistol, and a 10 yard berm.

Manual trap for use of all members, four automatic traps (one doubles and three single) for use on Thursday nights, first Sunday, and regulated practice one Sat and Sun. Sporting clays on the fourth Sunday, 30 position walk in the woods archery course / archery practice butts.

Check out the club page, updated, but still needs improvement, at www.lrgc.org

Membership requires you to attend one monthly meeting, first Thursday at 7:30,  make the application ($150) attend an orientation on a Wednesday night, and then attend a second monthly meeting, (dues $150/yr). eight (8) hours work time on an assigned committee (tell Chuck what you'd prefer when you sign up) per year.

Maybe I'll see some of you there this Thursday!
