but it'd have to be something I really liked, I'm to lazy otherwise.

Thanks Guy's, The 10/22 is the only one I have done that is mine, all the other's that I have done I have sold at local shows.

I have a 870 SP, that I want to do for me, but I just don't have time.

I had to get some stuff ready for the Show, the 19th and 20th of this Month.

thats no shit, man I got ak parts laying all over that I'm trying to piece together, got the easy stuff done, now I'm figuring out what ms. miles said about math coming in handy later in life,

and I'm using aceface's barrel turning method, so I'm deffinatly gonna need some bondo and paint.

i wish i would have known you did it before i started messing with it....... it's just to big a pain in the ass for me

..... i hate cleaning guns

Btw was that 10/22 barrel stainless... if so what did you do to prep it???

No, It is a Clerk 16" Bull Fluted Blue BBL.

Same old prep, Sandblasted, cleaned, coated, and Baked.

Bandit, try some of the CerraKote. It's a ceramic and moly in one. Some of the major manufacturers are about to start using it on handguns. (Supposedly S&W is one of them!)

I want to check it out, But I have alot of Moly to use up first.

Brownells doesn't have it. They quit selling gunkote in pints!

YOu have to buy in quarts.
That Cerra Kote is something Teddy Jacobson told me about. We're pretty good friends and we talk fairly often. He's been buying it by the quarts and really likes it. He just sold two custom 45s he built for $3500 that he used the CerraKote on.
