Would it be illeagle for me to own an 11.5" upper in Illinois. I'm not saying I'd put it on my AR. I just want to know if I can leagally own one. Thanks, |

Sure, just make sure you have an AR pistol, and not just a rifle and an 11.5" upper. The JBTs could possibly get you for intent to construct a SBR if you don't have an AR pistol to drop the upper on. I'm not a lawyer, so don't take my word for it, but this is how I've interpretted what I've read. WIZZO |
