I just moved down here to the great state of Texas from Tennessee back in Feb.
Am I allowed to sell guns that I bought, both from stores and other individuals in TN to someone here in TX?

as long as they are not class 3 you can sell them.
must be over 18 and not a felon

Even if they are "class 3" he can sell them to "someone here in TX" (all caveats apply, like any other firearm).

As was said, in-state NFA form-4 transfers person to person is legal begal.
