A-3936 - Permits security guard companies in certain instances to perform security related work in N.Y. city by armed
guards without obtaining a N.Y. city firearms special permit. - Pretlow - No opposition Why no opposition? I don't understand how we tolerate certain hand picked people to be above the law. |

I like the one from Ortiz that requires us to dispose of uncoded ammunition by 1/1/2016. You may laugh at that, but just think... these cocksucking pieces of shit passed a law that made us dispose of 10+ magazines. If you don't think that all these fucking assinine bills won't someday actually become law in this state, you are kidding yourself. Maybe not this year, but just wait. |

Might all be gone by then anyways. I haven't seen much on the shelves and can't buy online. Quoted:

What is "uncoded" ammunition?...........seriously teeny doohickies with a code/serial number on them, and I think with explosives the threory was that they would be sensitive to UV light, so a uv flashlight would make them show up during an investigation

Its almost impossible to obtain carry permits in NYC, but they still need guards to have guns. They don't get to take the handgun with them when they go home after work. |

What is "uncoded" ammunition?...........seriously The law requires a serial number on the base of all projectiles. Any ammo without a serial number has to be gone by 1/1/16. It won't make it out of committee, but it provides good insight into the mentality that we are dealing with. |

At this point, I am of the opinion they might as well go full retard and pass everything. Even Jerry Brown in California had to veto bills because he recognized things were going overboard. The more asinine unconstitutional laws they pass, the more court cases there will to be to strengthen the 2nd. Honestly, they will never give up on this crap until the Supreme Court finally kicks them in the ass for it. Plus, every one of these bills weakens Cuomo's national standings. |
