I have some clothing that no longer fits, I have lost a lot of weight. I would like to donate them to a place that is legitimate and benefits veterans.

I don’t know about benefiting veterans specifically, but I give our clothes donations to The Salvation Army.
If you don't have a plan, you can't change it.
