I don't think they get any better than Jim Small right here in Madison, GA. I have seen his work and it is TOP-NOTCH!!!!!
I suspect he is not cheap, and I'd bet he's got a bit of a backlog, but I know him on a first name basis, and he's just as nice and decent a fellow as you'll ever meet anywhere! You're welcome to tell him that Steve the pawnbroker in Madison recommended him, it prolly won't do you any good, but it'll give you a bit of a local connection.....for whatever that might be worth.
