There is an old family property near me w/ a family cemetery plot. A few years back after reading Flags of our Fathers one of the markers hit home. And recently the family added another marker for another family member from the Revolutionary War. My son & I try to make it out there on Memorial Day to place new flags. We ere kinda tied up for most of the day trying to keep Mom happy but we did make it out to place the flags.
