I'm going to try my hand at making some knife sheaths and a holster or two in kydex, and I'd like to find a local supplier before I order online. |

There is a lengthy discussion about this in the survival area if you haven't seen it already. Edit: Just in case you haven't seen it. Pretty cool stuff. |
| If you find something, let me know. I have tried plastics retailer locally before and my answer was you have to take a whole order of it, which was 30 4x8 sheets. I would be in for a large amount possibly of .090 and .125 thickness. Me and a buddy have been making holsters and mag holders for a couple of years now for ourselves and we are getting low on stock. |

Coheeba, who did you talk to, and what was the price for the 30 sheets? |

General Rubber and Plastics in E-town is where I checked about a year ago. They were NOT helpful and said unless I committed to buying the whole lot they wouldn't even call and get me a price. I told them they could rot in hell before I would darken their doorway again. |
