[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for a Gunsmith

Anybody know of a good gunsmith in Southeast Missouri?? Only gunsmith around I'm aware of is at REARMS in Sikeston. Looking to have the barrel cut down on my savage tactical. Anybody have a guess at what it would cost to have my 26" barrel cut down to 20" and recrowned??

There are a couple near St. Louis I would recommend.

What checking the price for crowned and chambered barrel from PAC-NOR? You would need to buy a handful of tools, but you would be free to swap barrels at a whim, and on your own, too.
