Doesn't seem to beca welcoming attitude amongst the city officials.

“It’s just going to keep getting smaller and smaller to where people are just not going to come. And this has been a success, but they’re just it seems like it just pushing out the common man or the common woman and it doesn’t make sense,” said an Alabama resident Doug Minton. It doesn't sound like the local businesses, cops, or council members thought it was much of a success. |

I think it became a victim of it's success. I used to go when I was in my car phase of life. It was a big deal but attracted a lot of drunks and trouble. It eventually got so big the city seems to have decided it's more trouble than it's worth.

I have seen it from its inception back in 1978. It has become a total shit show starting back several years ago. Too many drunks, rednecks, etc. Then again, that is the general crowd that PF attracts.
