Does anyone know if Shooter's Paradise has lowers in stock?  I know I could call, but that would be too efficient.

Gilberts had a few POF lowers at $155 the other day - might still be available. I've never seen just lowers at SP.

Every time I come up with a reason to go somewhere other than VA Arms I wind up going back to VA arms anyway.

I was thinking Shooters because I will be there tomorrow to do some shooting, but I may set aside some time to get out to Manassas this weekend.

I guess I should call Bernie and see if he has any in stock still (Alexandria to Manassas takes a LONG time).

DPMS lower in Loudoun Guns, 1 stripped, 1 complete.  $179 for the stripped  $3something for the complete. That was Monday, tho.

Be careful there has been reports of VA Arms disease floating around. Symptoms are buying more than you palned on and in extreme cases almost not being able to pay rent (known as Chapperjoe syndrome). You have been warned.

It can be. Just put on blinders when you go in there. Head staright in buy what you need and run. They may pull the old backgroud check is running slow trick.

I know the feeling.  On my last transfer my wife was waiting in the car and fell asleep.  Instead of being back in 5 minutes with my revolver I was back in 15 minutes with the revolver, some ammo, and a pile of accessories for other guns.  Bernie hasn't lost money on $20 transfers where I am involved, they always seem to cost me at least $80.

They didn't use this trick on me, and in fact my check came back before I could scope out the holster inventory and WELL before I go around to the corner where all the small parts are.

Purcells guns in Purcellville Va  has at least 10 lowers coming in.  Stag, RRA, and i think some bush master.  Complete and  stripped   I know he has a A2 RRA coming in for me think he said  250 or something like that.

I know he has  4 stripped that already came in.

I called them at one point, before I knew about VA Arms, to ask about a transfer (I was getting
a lower from a board vendor), and he wanted $50 for the transfer!
But after I explained to him that it was just a lower, he started sputtering and said that they wouldn't
do it, since they carried lowers themselves, and I could buy it from them instead.

F#*k them and their way over-priced reloading supplies too.....

Stopped by Steve's last night to drop the money off for a few lowers my girlfriend, co worker and I ordered.

Essential Arms lowers in the black tuff coat, good stuff

$90 delivered. Can't find 'em any cheaper than that anywhere else!

I didn't buy the VA Arms logo'd lower, just an RRA stripped lower.  I thought about the logo but I just couldn't really get into it.  If I worked there I would have one in a heartbeat.
