Lt. Gov candidate Bryan Avila last night stated that he's in favor of repealing Parkland and getting Campus Carry passed.

| Can't trust any politician to be honest but you can be damn sure they keep a close eye on which way the political winds are blowing. My guess he sees repealing as a way forward and keeping it as an obstacle. Using that logic the repeal is likely. |

The Parkland Act included a series of gun control legislation that includes the "bump stock" ban. Or the "thingy" that makes the gun shoot faster ban considering the language used. Age, waiting period and fairly aggressive RPO enabling were all part of the gun control side of the bill. If it goes its gone. |
