Is the MP5 copy made by Vector legal in NYS?

Not with the 30 round mags. Other than that it is legal.

Does anyone make 10 rds mags for the MP5? Just did an online search and found that preban mags are still available.

Does anyone know where Vector products are made and what the quality is like?

I was thinking the same thing, but if you can find preban 30 mags for it, is it ok than?

Yes if you can find prebans. Find out what type of mag it takes. For Instance, my CX-4 uses Beretta 92FS mags. You can find pre ban mags for that.

Also you would have to make sure the company can send the rifle. Some companies will not send the rifle if they have to replace the mag others will. You will have to do a little research.
