Ok, so I bought a LC9 off of HTF member slanky awhile back. Basically upgraded from a LCP for a BUG at work, and a "summertime" ccw gun when I don't want to carry my usual (XD45 4").

Shot about 250 rounds out of it for familiarization, then the goodies began....

TCB holster
Galloway Precision (GP) trigger bar mod
RTK billet trigger
GP stainless steel guide rod
GP 20lb recoil spring

Stippled the frame
Removed the safety
Removed the magazine disconnect safety

Like a whole new gun
Shot 1500 more rounds over 3 trips to the range, everything is like butter. Shorter trigger pull, less force needed to send rounds down range. All around more smooth.... Very very happy with the GP parts, if you have a LC9 I say give them a whirl!

Made over 2k draws from the holster over a month..... Showing a little wear in the finish, but DGAF about that, this is a carry piece and a user!

Future mod, is going to replace the LCI, they just didn't have the part I needed for it in stock.

Sweet, glad you like it  If we ever meet up again, you're gonna have to let me try the trigger pull on it again just to see the difference.  It was definitely not something I liked in stock form, but sounds like it's a lot better with the new bits 'n pieces.

How difficult is it to remove the mag safety?

Easy as pie! Took all of 5 mins? There is a link on the Galloway Precision page...

Did you have to play with the trigger bar at all? Mine was a very early run and took quite a bit of work to get it fitted. That trigger looks interesting...

Nope, and the trigger is awesome, they have them in 4 different colors now...

Looks great. I wondered about removing all the safety crap, but never went further than wondering. Cool project you turned that into

Did you also do their spring kit? If so you get any soft primer hits and FTF?

Dad just did the bar/hammer on his and it's an improvement but the trigger pull is still crazy strong. I measured 9lbs with my cheap gauge.
