Lets say someone orders a semi auto pistol that comes with 10 round mags. today and that pistol comes in on April 20th. Can the dealer/FFL give you the 10 round mags. with the pistol or do they have to keep/dispose of them? A dealer told my friend last night that they can't give any mags. that hold more then 7 rounds after April 14th. Even if the pistol was ordered before April 15th. Is this true?
