| Crap, I just looked and I can't even work on parts for him. I'm not willing to risk getting busted over working to mount a free float tube for him and then sending it back. Jeez, I have to keep up more on the draconian rules in this state. It really sucks, I didn't know they had become this restrictive as I haven't bought anything new for quite some time. |
| It is a pre ban upper, and obviously neither of us would be planning on bringing the man into our lives. I'm generally very distrustful of government and don't want to "poke the bear" un necessarily. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to risk having some overly eager person seize his upper and end up having to fight to try and get it back from UPS the post office or whoever he selected to ship it to me. |

Sadly, I don’t blame anybody for being overly cautious in this state since they would love to make an example of somebody. Personally, I do not want to spend all my life savings to defend myself from the legal attacks from the state… Then to be force to sell everything, just to survive afterwards. Especially, of you live on the wet side of this state since the politics here are clearly against gun rights. |

Yeah, I’m hoping that the USSC makes it beyond clear that AR15s and other semi auto rifles are protected firearms since AND without ANY question, Ferg the Turd is definitely going to try to pull some BS thinking his little bitch ass is a higher authority than the USSC. As for businesses that are always crying how much they stand with the 2A community, but refused to send AR parts to this state, which is completely legal, they can kiss my ass if and when this ban is overturned. To these businesses, they will never get another dollar from me. At this stage of my life, I tend to stand more on principle and will spend more on something to avoid dealing with somebody who is basically a cunt. As for AR parts locally, I do not want to say what businesses are openly selling AR parts since I’m sure Ferg’s little punk ass has some of his people reading this site looking for shit to F’ people over with. But more and more places are LEGALLY selling AR parts. Hell, I remember when local businesses were afraid to sell Ruger Mini-14s within the first year of the ban of this state, but now, Mini-14s are everywhere, along with a traditional stock, non threaded barrel, Ruger 9mm semi-auto carbine… I know that that the M1 .30 cal carbines are also legal in the state, but I haven’t seen one for sale since the ban… Yes, an M1 carbine isn’t the most modern firearm and the .30 carbine caliber isn’t very popular, but when living in this state, and the only three-four legal semi-autos you can have, IMHO, I figured I’d be seeing more around like the new production version from Auto Ordnance. |
