Can I sell an AR-15 with 20rnd mags to a resident of MA ?
Mags have no date on them? how do I check to see if the rifle was made before 94? Is this a hassle im better off just walking away from? |

ban is still in effect, so the 20rounders need to be preban, and the rifle either be born preban or be in ban configuration also make sure that they have the appropriate license (although you will have to ship it to a ffl, so they would check too) might be some other things too, others will be along shortly, but give them some more info to go on |
