I hope as hell not.

Info from a next door post. All hear say at the moment, no sources. Will update when possible.

Metro Bus line coming to Spring

Metro wants to bring its bus line to Spring. There is a community meeting at the Klein ISD administration building on FM 2920 Tuesday 7-18-17 from 6pm-8pm for our input.

Moving to Spring from Conroe in two weeks. Don't know what they would need the Metro for.

Ah yes good old Houston Metro Bus lines, moving a tiny percentage of the people around but getting in everyone's way every day all day!

Pretty much this.

Limited routes, limited bus numbers, limited times, unreliable, etc., etc., etc.   Anything connected to Houston Metro is terrible and has been terribly run for many years.  No amount of money that is thrown at it, will ever make up for the incompetent people that run it.

The meetings are are about a 20 year plan to get feedback from the community about many things. They are talking about park and rides as well as many other things.
This info is from a metro engineer friend of mine, this is what he does..

Thanks for the info! I'd still prefer if the metro stays away. I don't want 2920 to be the next 1960

Seriously?

So "you know who" can start moving into your area in drives.  I've seen this same thing for over 30 years.  Metro signs go up - property values drop like a stone.

The crooks are already in The Woodlands and South County.

I guess that Metro will just make the commute easier for them.  Sustainable and renewable and all that.

My own personal joke about this (not really a joke) is when someone states that the Metro signs are going up I say, "Borrow their post hole digger so you can put up your "For Sale" sign . . ."
