My roommate and I have decided to visit a new Microbrewery at least once a month. So far we have gone to the LaConner Brewery, Skagit River brewery, Scuttlebutts in Everett, and the Diamond Knot in Mukilteo.

What's your favorite Microbrewery? So far, Diamond Knot has the best brew and food.

Thomas Kemper in Paulsbo is nice. Flying Pig in Everett is a nice pit stop too.

Sorry to break it to you... TK / Pyramid closed the Poulsbo brewery and pub back in 1996 or 1997.

Here's another western Wa microbrewery (and wedding chapel apparently). I drive by a few times during summer but haven't stopped in yet.
