Seeing as the CoBIS system can make effective matches, and so far none of the ~3 hits have resulted in a prosecution, the writing should be on the wall for microstamping. If it passes, it is so monumental and so oppressive that it will become the target of every gun retailer and many connected and wealthy individuals who will see lawsuits through to the SCOTUS. |
