I wonder if the Trump administration anticipated this consequence of eliminating the tax. If they did, it was a pretty clever move. If it was an unintended consequence that suggests they don't know what they're doing. Either way, gun owners win.

From what I could find, this case has been consolidated with the Brown v ATF case. .
