Anyone want to see my itinerary for my 4th holiday weekend visitation and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong?

Will be staying in town. one half day, one whole day, and another half day.

Half day one, the 2nd - arrive & check out Dauphin Island
Whole day, Sunday - take ferry from Dauphin Island to Fort Morgan and drive to Gulf Shores for the day
Half day, the fourth - tour the battleship & then leave for home

Somewhere in between we will visit the outlets and eat at the Old Bay Steamer for their purported huge shrimp.

Am I missing anything?

Check on the ferry, the last time down there it still wasnt running so that may put a kink in your trip plan. I would think it should be up by the 4th.

One other thing, Enjoy your stay in our area!

Not sure if the two days will allow for enough time

However - when are you folks gonna pony up and come to one of our every-other-month FOP meets!?

I believe that the ferry is still closed due to Ivan damage. The Fort Morgan landing is damaged
