I'm looking at a S.D.class taught by  MACP Instructor SFC Chad Sullivan (Level 3 MACP in the ANG).

I'm interested in any first hand information regarding the training or instructor.

Thanks

Anybody?

Is there a Martial Arts/Training, Wisco-centric forum online somewhere that anyone knows of where I might ask?

I took a look at the Army website--I think I can help you.  If you are interested, you can half-heartedly try to assault me for an hour and I will stiff-arm you the entire time.    I am kidding--I suppose there is a lot more (including intensity) than what the video shows.

I took the new USAR/.mil Combatives Program (all except instructor level) with my unit before we deployed to Iraq, 2009.

We were the test cell for FORSCOM and saw it was repetative at most of the two levels and the levels were streamlined and changed more towrd what the USMC had in later developement.

It is based in, warm up, Brazilian Jujitsu mixed with boxing, lunch, warm up and scenario trainging/match up.

I would assume a good MMA instructor would teach you far more.
