| Now that there is a ban and you have to register your ar as an "assault weapon"', can you add more "evil features" to it such as a collapsible buttock? Since having one feature makes it considered an assault weapon, theoretically you could add as many features as you want, if it was legally purchased before the ban. Any thoughts... |

Yep an updated FAQ sticky is needed. This and other questions have been discuss repeatedly in multiple threads yet new people continue to come in and ask the same questions over and over. If not an updated FAQ, at the very least sticky a couple of the threads where these issues are discussed so people will read them before posting the same question again.
I've put together some info as well that's been pasted either here or elsewhere. |

Yes, we need a new FAQ. I've got one in the works and I know Pain had done one before the amendment. Any other submissions would be appreciated, we can cobble it all together and hopefully make it easy to interpret. Care to add "Connecticut SUCKS BAWLS" to the new FAQ

Last in the nation in economic activity... First in the nation for cost of living... Worst gun laws in the country... Connecticut sucks bawls "sticky"... Priceless... Don't forget worst roads, worst place for retirement, rated like 48 in freedom, run by retards, and the only state to see economic decline the last fiscal year. edit: Ohhh and we have stupid high taxes |

I was chatting with a customer in W. Hartford yesterday. He lives in a modest, upper scale house. It's nothing special. Small plot of land and nestled amount a bunch of other homes of similar size. We were talking about taxes and he said his house taxes, alone, are over $9000! Imagine that.......you start each and every year having a bill from your town for the luxury of living there for $750 a month....forever. I thought Enfield's house taxes were high at $5k. Then he told me that his brother lives in Florida. When the property values go down, Florida reduces the property taxes commensurately! Imagine that! Here in good 'ol CT, when your property values plummet, the town simply adjusts the mill rate to make up the difference.

Op, register it and modify it IMHO. They don't know what barrel you got or the stock in use. Because, they don't ask that info on the form. They also banned 100% of the guns, so screw it. |

It must truly be a terrible place to live. |

I own a 1200 sq ft townhouse near Disney in Kissimmee and my taxes are $600 a year. They are $4,000 here in CT. |
