I need some help.  I am doing another SBR.  The first I did the old fashioned way... You know.... Finger prints, CLEO signature as so forth.  I want to do this one on a trust.  I have gotten in a group buy for the lower and I have all the parts collected.  Where do I find the trust paperwork?  Who has to sign?  Is it easier to do it the old fashioned way?  Any help is welcome.

Once you have the trust it's easier (no finger prints, pictures, or CLEO sign off), Some people write their own trusts using Willmaker. Others have a lawyer who knows firearms law do it. (There are some in Oklahoma.) This costs more. If you're only going to use it once or twice, a lawyer-written trust is not cost effective.

This will be my last NFA item.  I just don't want to have go through the hoops with the finger prints, CLEO sign off, and BLAH BLAH.  You know?

So are you volunteering to help me do that trust?  There might be a dinner in it for you.
