Well fellas the time has come to send out a couple form 1's for some 300BLK uppers I'm building.

Does anyone have any guidance as to how to go about writing a trust for these things?

sure, go to:

ARMORY>NFA / CLASS 3>GENERAL CLASS 3 ...and start reading. It's stupid simple and trust me any question you have has been asked no less than 87 times in there already.

there used to be a step by step tutorial about how to use quicken will maker to create the trust. i printed it out, and now for whatever reason the link is dead.
not to worry though, the process has not changed one bit, and the arfcom class 3 section should have all the bases covered.

Anyone recall the gun trust lawyer from the Fox Valley area if I recall correctly?  I seem to remember someone or multiple someone's used him successfully.

I have a question for him...

Are you guys talking about the same lawyer in the fox vally area?

I was going to purchase quicken, but I couldnt find that step by step tutorial now that I actually need it.

Plus I was thinking it would probably be in my best interest to actually have a professional write it up, worth the money in my opinion...

In this case, I was looking to invite the Fox Valley area guy to the shoot and ask him a question related to the same.
