Hello all. I'm working on my first NFA trust and have it mostly complete. One thing I can't seem to find is whether a trust in Wisconsin has to be witnessed by one or more people to be valid. I know it has to be notarized but does it have to be witnesses by anyone else?

Thanks for any help.

IANAL, but mine told me that a trust does not necessarily have to be notarized in WI, but it doesn't hurt.

Interesting. Totally agree that it can't hurt though. Thank you.
