I impulse bought the 199Trust with the coupon on gearhog
Anything special I need to know about Ohio? I plan to build and SBR and get a couple cans. I'll probably add my brother to it in case I get dead. He can have the guns, my wife won't have a clue what to do with a suppressed SBR. Anyone here use that website with OK results? |

All NFA are legal in Ohio as long as registered with the feds. You are presumed to be in violation of state law unless you prove they are registered. You should carry copies of your paperwork at all time and present them to show your legal. The Ohio 30-rnd magazine limit does not apply to registered NFA weapons. |

There is no 30 round magazine limit in Ohio. 30 and 40 and 100 round magazines are perfectly legal. -- Chuck You know very well what I am talking about. Yes, they are legal to own, they are not legal to use in non-NFA weapons unless they are .22 caliber. Happy now? |

I think the OP was asking about the 199trust and whether or not it complied with the Ohio law. I did but I'll take any 1st hand info of successes or issues. I don't need any hassles or complicated fixes while holding an NFA item if it's not a good product What is the "adding after the fact" issue? This thing will only "own" a dollar bill for a little while and I'll be adding stuff later |
