its funny if NJ wants something ruled on its days, if the people want a ruling its multiple years LOL.

NJ calls them LCM's = Large Capacity Magazines.

NJ argues that we would use LCM's for nefarious purposes if we got our little grubby hands on them.

I think CO just got there mag ban overruled, and I also heard something about DC mag ban that it was ruled unconstitutional or did I hear wrong?

Yes, the interview was good. I just hope you're wrong about us never seeing normal mags again in NJ.

The only thing I've recently heard about Colorado was that the House passed a bill banning so called assault weapons, ie: semi autos.

I think you're confusing D.C. with Washington state where a judge ruled that their mag ban was unconstitutional but it was stayed several hours later. One gun store there took advantage by  selling hundreds of mags before it was stayed.

That could be the case then. I could of sworn in was DC, but maybe it was Wash. State.

Huge plus on CO gun store for selling hundreds..

Hopefully within our lifetimes, Judge Peter Sheridan should take this into consideration when he decides to rule on our AWB and Mag ban cases.

Good question. The mag and AWB cases were consolidated and are in the hands of Judge Peter G. Sheridan at the U.S. District Court in Trenton, NJ. He sure is dragging his feet with his decision on mags and the so called assault weapons.

No one ever claimed there was justice in our Justice system.

With that said, we will win......eventually.

What the fuck ever happened to a right to a speedy trial for the American people.  These courts are in the states pockets.  This justice system is broken.

Think about the 15 round mag ban to 10, it has been going on for 5 years?

These courts should be deferring to the 2nd amendment right,  not the state, on these issues while they are in court.  The benefit of the doubt needs to go to the people not the state.

Ridiculous.

Update on the Mag & AWB consolidated cases

Dan Schmutter's Anjrpc and Ellman plaintiff's response.

eta:

The AG was trying to get away with a fast one in his letter by saying that NJ can ban arms because they are "dangerous OR unusual".  Schmutter put him in hs place by stating that "dangerous AND unusual" is the actual law of the land.
