| Will depend if the Hunter is a semiautomatic detachable magazine rifle that violates the banned by name language. The "AK-47 type" is banned by name. And the "Norinco 56, 56S, 84S and 86S" and copies or duplicates of them are also banned by name. And next will depend on what other features a semiautomatic detachable magazine rifle may have like a flash suppressor that would ban the semiautomatic detachable magazine rifle. |

If it looks "cool", it's banned... at least to the law abiding.  Criminals and exempted are not encumbered by such restrictions. SCOTUS might partially restore 2A freedom for cool things come next June with the Viramontes/Grant opinion. But no doubt CT Democrat legislators are busy behind the scenes (with anti gun groups assisting them) coming up with more restrictions and limitations.
