I'd like to get us together for some local activities. Moving to 12/3. Maybe more attendance? www.fxrgc.org is hosting a vintage highpower rifle match. $10 fee You don't have to shoot for score and you don't need to shoot a vintage rifle. Post-match we could head over to the Manassas Battlefield for a hike. If nobody is interested in a 6-miler qualifying hike we can do less, whatever the chosen route ends up being. After that I can show some basic HF mobile operations while doing a 'Parks on the Air' activation. If there are other preferable dates that would work better for the majority for a battlefield meetup, say so. Of course you don't have to do everything, but why not? |
