| Good afternoon, I am filling out the Non res LTC app for the first time. A friend told me that he thought that I would have to include finger prints with my application. I read the requirement form several times, and I don't see a requirement for prints. Can anyone advise on if I do or do not need to send in a completed finger print card? Thanks, Woody |

You do not send in fingerprints, the state will take your prints and photo during your in person interview. Read the instructions carefully so you don’t forget anything but you need the filled out application, payment of $100 in an approved method, a copy of your certificate that you’ve taken an approved firearms safety class etc. |
