Dates: February 15th and 16th (Wedneday and Thursday)
Times: 8am-4:30pm, with lunch at noon. Option to have lunch ordered in (pizza and my treat), or we could go hit Hooters or a near-by eatery Classes: NRA Basic Pistol and NRA Home Firearms Safety. Note: This qualifies you to teach CCW in every state according to Chad9mm. Chad has taught 2000+ individuals. This thing was how I took 90% of my notes in college I am fairly 'new school', I work in IT and tend to stay on the bleeding edge of technology, but I must admit taking notes on paper is my preferred method. Even after experimenting with different applications and apps (iPad) in college i always found the pen and paper to be the superior method. Not to mention I can nearly type in my sleep so it did nothing to keep me awake, unlike my note taking technique of three lines of legible writing per line of college ruled paper, it takes a good pen, but it looks really impressive at the end of the day. |

I'm seriously considering booking Harrahs as a hotel. I am going to talk to wheelchairman later about the hotel but is anyone else coming in from outside KC that needs to stay?
If there are more than just the two of us we could go to the same hotel as not to be out there by ourselfs. Also for those of you that know the area of KC is Harrahs a OK place to stay? I'm from STL and I know there are places you don't want to drive around in just want to make sure if there are any areas like that we avoid them in KC too. I checked directions and it shows a 22 min drive from Harrahs to the office so I thought that wouldn't be too bad plus it allows for a level of entertainment in the evenings. I'll be heading up that way on Tuesday. |

Don't forget that we are having a long range shoot at my place on the 19th......up to 865yards available, so stay in town if you can! Wish I could but got plans. For the best though, my precision ar won't go that far supersonic. It's a solid solid shooter out to 675-700 but after 700-725, it crosses that mark and all accuracy goes to hell. It's great for what I built it for. Built for coyotes under 400 and still targets out to 600. 50% is done under 400 and 45% between 400-600. The last 5% is simply having fun out to 700-725. |

Any offerings on a future weekend? not as of yet for the shooting.....wont be too long before the fields get planted and I will be back to shooting 400 yards and under, so gotta enjoy the time while I have it.....even if cold as hell. as for the classes, I doubt I'll host it more than once. After next week I will likely just use the office space for CCW classes I teach, then have people follow me to my range for the qualification portion. |

I would like to publicly thank chad9mm for teaching this course. I would also like to thank EaZeNuTZ33 for putting this training together and providing his office for the training site. I was humbled by the high skill sets of my fellow students. This was indeed one of the all time championship NRA pistol instructors courses ever conducted. There is no doubt in my mind that each and every one of the students are or will be world class pistol instructors. I am honored to have mingled with such talented individuals. Thank you all!

I will say that after Hooters one day and Chinese food the next......I'm giving my office toilet the day off tomorrow and all weekend to recover!
After leaving the office this evening........my secretary didn't seem TOO traumatized by any of the students. Haha |

| You did a good job KDOG. Its nice to have a full class of knowledgeable guys like i did this week. Makes for a easy few days as well as a productive class. Wish they were all like this. Now i want to see some snappy business names and lots of NRA training as well as some CCW . |

I'd be up for more training next month too if others are up for it. I'll probably be coming out to the shoot next month too. |

I have to agree, great class, great bunch of guys and one great instructor. I've taken a lot of classes through the years being a LEO and Chad is very knowledgeable as well a very good instructor. Chad as well, is a great guy. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be an NRA or CCW instructor to take it from him!!!
Hope to see all you guys again sometime and good luck to all of you. You are all going to be great instructors..
