Anyone here have this membership or know anyone with it?
Does it have the same benefits as a normal Life membership? The only reason I ask, is that the NRA website does not go into detail about it and was thinking about getting it. $375.00 Vs. $1,000.00 is a huge difference. Kudos for the NRA for giving us disabled Vets this discount. Mike |

"Distinguished" Life memberships are the same as regular Life memberships, but they're only available for diabled vets or anyone over age 65.
You can currently get a regular Life membership for $300 through the "friends & family" deal. Go to the General Discussion board and look at the tacked thread. |

I am a disabled Vet, so I qualify for it. I won't nitpick over $75, when I'm saving over $600. |

That $75 could buy some ammo or go toward a gun. I'd rather spend it on that!
BTW, the discounted price on regular life memberships is $700 any time from a recruiter, that $300 is only temporary on the friends and family deal. Down from $400, then $600 years before that. The $1000 deal is only really for those that want to do it on easy pay. |
