From the outside looking in, it seems that one is just as well off to gunfight the cops as it is to submit. You are likely to die either way, but at least you can get your licks in if you fight and maybe even dispense a little justice that will certainly be denied otherwise. |

She wasnt certified, but her fuck up of a chief claimed she was trained to handle firearms and arrest people. Legally, in Arkansas, a law enforcement officer may work up to one year without certification.
Arkansas state police, saline county so or pulaski county so will all provide back up depending on location within Alexander. Trying to cuff someone while holding a gun on them is hollywood bullshit. Keeping one`s finger on the fucking trigger is of course stupid. Common, but stupid. From what ive been told, the officer was desperate to get on the street and the agency she worked for prior, refused to do so. Due to the belief that she had no business on the street. So she went looking for an agency that would put anyone on the street. The chief of Alexander pd, Horace Walters was a fuck up his entire career at Little Rock. "Fucking stupid" was once used to describe him during one brass only meeting concerning him at LRPD. He made dumb fucking choices then, he made a dumb fucking choice putting an unqualified, ill equipped, untrained woman on the street. She should have been found guilty of negligent homicide. Horace should have been found charged criminally as well, if for no other reason, than to get the affirmative action posterboy out of office forever. |
